First, it has a noise-canceling microphone on a boom so you get great audio without all the background noises typical in radio and PTT applications. Secondly, it has a very long battery life which is beneficial for use with two-way radios or PTT applications; many Bluetooth headsets do not have these two important features. The BTH-M100v fits snugly around your head and uses bone conduction speakers, allowing your ears to hear normal sounds. We picked this design because it's perfect for two-way radios and PTT Apps. But it also works just as well for normal cellphone use.
