Status Legend | |
RMA # Issued, Awaiting Item(s) | A RMA request has been received by PRYME and a RMA Number has been issued. However, PRYME has not yet received the returned item(s). Once the customer ships the item(s) and PRYME’s warehouse receives them, this status will be updated. |
RMA Received, Awaiting Inspection | The RMA has been received by PRYME. The returned item(s) are now in our warehouse waiting for further processing. This status will be updated once the item(s) are examined by a member of PRYME’s support staff. |
Technician Diagnosis | The returned item(s) have been examined by a member of PRYME’s technical staff. This status should also include relevant notes about the technician’s findings, the product’s warranty status, and how failures will be remedied (such as by repair or replacement). |
Completed. Refund issued. | A refund has been issued for the returned item(s). Refunds are typically issued back to the customer’s original form of payment unless notes indicate otherwise. If the product is being exchanged for a different product, a new order will be issued for the new product(s) independently of the RMA. |
Completed. Product shipped to customer. | The RMA has been completed and the returned item(s) have been shipped back to you after being repaired or replaced. |
RMA Voided / Cancelled | This return has been cancelled or voided. This may happen if returned item(s) are not received in a timely manner after the RMA is issued, if damage to returned item(s) is determined to be not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, or at the customer’s request. |
